For concerts and nightlife events, we recommend choosing the closest garages and lots on Tremont Street when convenience matters. The best nearby options are usually Tufts Medical Center / Tremont Street Garage, the 290 Tremont Street Lot, and the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Downtown lot. Fans who want more backup options can look at 200 Stuart Street Garage, Motor Mart Garage, City Place Garage, or Boston Common Garage, but these may require a longer walk.
We would avoid arriving without a plan on busy theater, club, or downtown event nights because parking prices and availability can change quickly. We would also avoid relying on street parking because this area is close to the Theatre District, Chinatown, hotels, and other downtown attractions.

Royale lists office and lost-and-found phone availability Tuesday to Friday from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Ticketmaster lists day-of-show box office service at the door and notes that tickets may also be available with no fees at The Sinclair box office in Cambridge on Wednesday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Royale’s official FAQ says fans should buy only from an authorized ticket agent. Nightclub event tickets are sold through the venue website and may lead to its ticket provider. Bowery Presents concerts are sold through AXS. The venue says tickets are not replaceable, should be treated as cash, and refunds or reprints are not available.
Ticket delivery can vary by event because Royale works with different promoters and ticketing partners. Many concerts are handled as electronic or mobile tickets through AXS or another authorized provider. The venue does not clearly confirm regular hard-ticket availability.
